Community Impact Goals
By 2028, H.U.G.S. aims to serve 300+ justice-involved youth, reduce recidivism among participants by 30 percent, increase high school/GED completion and workforce placement, expand access to technology and digital education, and establish a permanent youth resource center in Metro Detroit.
